As a Speaker and Corporate Trainer: Sherry has developed, presented and implemented
multiple basic and advance courses for the security, loss prevention and investigations
industry.
She is known for delivering her training in an interactive discovery method as opposed to
lecturing, ensuring a transfer of retainable knowledge.
As a Leader: Sherry is the Founder and CEO of McCourt and Associates, an organization
made up of industry experts. Her Associates represent many of the area’s most engaging
speakers, influentialthinkers, inspiring individuals and expert trainers.
Previously, as an Executive Vice President, Sherry strategically built and led a multi-million
dollar security company with more than 160 employees to be a very profitable success.
She is very active in the community, serves on various boards and sits on several executive
committees;
She was recently elected President of Windsor Roseland – Rotary Club, District 6400.
As an Expert: Sherry is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a seasoned Private Investigator of
12 years. Sherry has worked with corporations of all sizes and in various industries as well
as individual groups and associations.
Sherry’s Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential denotes proven expertise in fraud prevention,
detection and deterrence. Sherry is trained to identify the warning signs and red flags that
indicate evidence of fraud and fraud risk and to help protect the global economy by uncovering
fraud and implementing processes to prevent fraud from occurring in the first place.
Sherry’s goal is to create a movement of men, women and corporations who choose to take charge
of their safety and success at work and in their own lives. To motivate and empower individuals and
corporations to thrive and grow through courage, leadership, vision, teamwork, calculated risk taking,
and personal accountability.
